This professional position coordinates the health care needs of the children and adults we support in our programs. Job duties include provision of nursing care, routine health maintenance programs, and coordination of care with family, staff, other care providers, and outside professionals.

Provide direct supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities living in one of our community residences located across Erie County. These team members assist our residents with all facets of daily living and recreational activities.
